Since 1992, Orchard Hill Farm has raised Scotch Highland
beef naturally,
without the use of growth stimulants or feed
additives. We now have a new farm,
in Woodland, Maine, but
the standards and quality remain the same. The cattle
are handled in
a stress-free environment that includes clean pastures and fresh water.
The bulk of the feed is grown on our farm, or fields we control; there
are no pesticides, herbicides or chemical
fertilizers used, all
meat is certified organic by MOFGA. CERTIFIED ORGANIC and USDA inspected, Orchard Hill Farm's, beef
is aged, custom cut,
cryo-vac packed and flash
frozen. |
